The proceedings in the Supreme Court of NSW concerning the Basis Yield and Basis Aust-Rim Diversified Funds concluded yesterday.

The Judge has reserved his decision. We are unable to estimate how long the Judge will take to deliver his decision, but we will communicate with you further once the relevant declarations have been made.
